We’re looking for a

› As a Klaviyo Expert, you’ll optimize email campaigns, create automated flows, segment audiences, and analyze performance. You’ll integrate Klaviyo with platforms like Shopify and use basic HTML for email design. Knowledge of platforms like MailChimp or Drip is a plus.

Proficient in Klaviyo:

  • Experience in setting up and managing email marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to create and optimize automation flows.
  • Knowledge of audience segmentation and content personalization.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Ability to interpret campaign data and metrics.
  • Experience in creating performance reports.
  • Knowledge of using A/B testing to optimize campaigns.

Integration and Tools:

  • Experience integrating Klaviyo with other platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
  • Knowledge of email design tools and basic HTML.
  • Familiarity with other platforms like MailChimp, Drip, Attentive, Omnisend, or Sendlane is a plus.
  • Communication:
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with other departments.
  • Ability to present reports and results to clients or superiors.
  • Creativity:
  • Ability to design engaging and relevant campaigns.
  • Innovation in content creation and marketing strategies.
  • Attention to Detail:
  • Accuracy in audience segmentation and message personalization.
  • Careful review of emails and flows before sending.

Experience:

  • +2 years of experience working with Klaviyo.

Degree:

  • Degrees in marketing, communications, business, or related fields are common but not always required.

Certifications:

  • Certifications in digital marketing or specific platforms like Klaviyo can be beneficial.
