We’re seeking a Senior Designer with Strategic Experience to take ownership of shaping and establishing the foundational creative strategy for our company. This is a unique opportunity to design and implement a vision that will elevate our brand to the next level. We’re looking for someone who can become the go-to expert in helping us grow through innovative design solutions, strategic planning, and by leading and mentoring a talented team of designers. What You’ll Do:

  • 🎯 Develop and implement strategic design approaches to enhance our brand identity and attract new clients.
  • 🖌️ Create impactful and visually compelling designs across diverse projects and platforms.
  • 🤝 Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and high-quality design solutions.
  • 💡 Leverage your experience to positively influence design practices and mentor team members.
  • 💻 Utilize a wide range of design tools and software to meet project goals efficiently.

What You’ll Bring

  • 📅 5 to 7 years of proven design experience with a diverse portfolio showcasing your work.
  • 🧠 Strategic mindset with experience developing effective design strategies.
  • 👥 Experience working with large or complex design teams and driving collaborative success.
  • 💻 Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
  • 💬 Strong communication and collaboration skills to present ideas effectively and align with team goals.
