We’re seeking a Senior Designer with Strategic Experience to take ownership of shaping and establishing the foundational creative strategy for our company. This is a unique opportunity to design and implement a vision that will elevate our brand to the next level. We’re looking for someone who can become the go-to expert in helping us grow through innovative design solutions, strategic planning, and by leading and mentoring a talented team of designers. If you thrive on building something from the ground up, have a sharp eye for detail, and are passionate about collaboration, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Bring

• 📅 English level B2 or higher
• 🧠 Proven experience in senior design (min. 5 years)
• 🎯 Strategic vision applied to brand design
• 💡 Ability to lead teams and creative processes
• 🖌️ Proficiency in design systems and visual brand language
• 💬 Excellent communication and decision making skills
• 💻Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and design tools (Figma, After Effects, etc.)
